UPHOTO PTE. LTD. is registered in Singapore and provides contract services and service delivery to corporate clients worldwide. It maintains an operations and photography team in mainland China, supporting in-house photography operations in more than 30 cities across the country. Overseas events are covered through a cross-border event photographer network, enabling on-site photography in multiple countries.
One brief, one contract, one delivery standard—whether the event takes place in Shanghai, Singapore, or Frankfurt, clients can expect the same set of service guidelines and delivery standards.
With nearly 10 years in the imaging industry and over 300,000 registered photographers worldwide, we coordinate in-house teams across 30 cities in China and certified photographers in multiple countries overseas under one delivery standard.

Bilingual Program Coordination
Bilingual (Chinese and English) Program Coordinator: Aligns with brand guidelines prior to cross-border events and provides bilingual support on-site.
Compliance and Operations Qualifications
Image data from domestic customers is stored in mainland China; image data from overseas customers is stored using a partitioned data storage system to meet compliance requirements under Chinese regulations, the GDPR, and Singapore’s PDPA.
